Welcome to Salaam & Stitch. By visiting our website, placing an order, purchasing a product, submitting a custom request, or communicating with us regarding an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Legal Notice & Disclaimer.
Custom Products & Design Approval
Salaam & Stitch offers custom apparel, DTF transfers, personalized designs, faith-inspired products, merchandise, and made-to-order items. Custom orders may require customer approval before production begins.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all spelling, names, dates, sizes, colors, artwork, placement, and design details before approving a proof. Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.
Color, Size & Product Variation
Product colors, print colors, and design appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, product brand, printing method, and production process.
Mockups and digital previews are for reference only and may not represent the exact final product. Placement, sizing, and color may vary slightly on physical items.
Turnaround Time
Custom order turnaround is generally 10–14 business days, unless otherwise stated. Larger orders, specialty items, vendor delays, holidays, shipping delays, or high-volume periods may require additional time.
Turnaround time begins after all required details, payment, and design approvals have been received.
Shipping & Delivery
Salaam & Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, lost packages after carrier acceptance, weather delays, or other delivery issues outside of our control.
Large custom orders may ship in multiple boxes. Final shipping cost is based on total package weight, number of boxes, and delivery location. If additional shipping costs apply, the customer will be notified before fulfillment.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, images, names, phrases, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content submitted for custom orders.
By submitting artwork or design requests, the customer confirms they have permission to use the material and agrees to hold Salaam & Stitch harmless from any claims related to unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
All original designs, artwork, graphics, product concepts, mockups, photos, logos, written content, and branding created by Salaam & Stitch remain the property of Salaam & Stitch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, alter, or use Salaam & Stitch designs or mockups without written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design, artwork, or intellectual property unless a separate written rights agreement has been completed.
Religious & Faith-Inspired Products
Salaam & Stitch creates faith-inspired products with respect and care. Product descriptions, designs, and wording are not intended to provide religious rulings, legal advice, or official religious guidance.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product, phrase, design, or usage is appropriate for their personal, family, school, organization, or community needs.
No Guarantee of Results
Salaam & Stitch makes every effort to provide quality products and service. However, we do not guarantee that any product, design, apparel item, or merchandise will achieve a specific business, fundraising, social media, event, or promotional result.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salaam & Stitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our website, products, services, custom designs, or shipped items.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order at issue.
Updates to This Notice
Salaam & Stitch may update this Legal Notice & Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future website use, orders, and transactions.
