Store Information
Salaam & Stitch provides faith-inspired apparel, custom DTF apparel, accessories, gift items, and custom order services. Product availability, pricing, designs, colors, and turnaround times may change at any time.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including your name, email, shipping address, billing details, product selections, sizes, colors, and customization details.
Salaam & Stitch reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, design concerns, or inability to complete a custom request.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may include DTF apparel, personalized designs, business apparel, bulk orders, made-to-order items, or any item created specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before approving a custom order, including spelling, wording, sizing, color, placement, design details, and quantities.
Once production has started, custom orders may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is an error caused by Salaam & Stitch.
Designs and Customer-Provided Content
Customers must have the legal right to use any logos, images, wording, names, trademarks, or artwork submitted for custom orders.
By submitting artwork, logos, or design ideas, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use the content. Salaam & Stitch is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or ownership disputes related to customer-provided designs.
Salaam & Stitch may refuse designs that include offensive, hateful, explicit, harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
Product Colors and Images
We do our best to display product colors and designs accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, garment material, printing method, or supplier variations.
Minor differences in color, placement, sizing, and finish may occur with handmade, custom, printed, or made-to-order items.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout or according to the invoice terms provided for custom orders.
For custom or bulk orders, production may not begin until payment terms are met. Deposits, partial payments, or invoice payments may be required depending on the order.
Salaam & Stitch reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Salaam & Stitch is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Custom items, digital gift cards, personalized items, and made-to-order products may be final sale.

Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All Salaam & Stitch branding, designs, product photos, website content, logos, text, graphics, and original artwork are the property of Salaam & Stitch unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or use Salaam & Stitch content without written permission.
Use of Website
You agree not to use this website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, payment systems, security features, or customer experience.
Limitation of Liability
Salaam & Stitch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website, products, or services.
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
