Refund & Return Policy

At Salaam & Stitch, each item is prepared with care and intention. Because many of our pieces are custom-made, printed to order, or specially prepared for each customer, please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Custom DTF apparel, personalized designs, bulk orders, business apparel, special requests, and made-to-order items are final sale once production has started. This includes custom shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, headwear, gift items, and any item created specifically for the customer.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to sizing choice, color choice, design approval, customer-provided spelling, or change of mind after production has started.

Non-Custom Items

For eligible non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, free of fragrance, pet hair, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, and in its original condition.

Customers must contact us first before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@salaamandstitch.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging if damaged

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and product details before ordering. We are not responsible for sizing issues if the size ordered matches the item received.

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
