Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Salaam & Stitch. We prepare each order with care and intention.
Processing Time
Standard processing time is usually 3–5 business days for ready-to-ship or standard items.
Custom orders, DTF apparel, bulk orders, business apparel, and made-to-order items may require additional time. Custom orders generally have a 10–14-day turnaround, depending on order size, garment availability, design approval, and production schedule.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, package size, shipping method, and delivery location.
Large custom orders may ship in multiple boxes. Final shipping cost is based on total package weight, box count, and delivery location.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or another available carrier depending on the order and destination.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking after the label is created.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. If local pickup is selected, you will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Salaam & Stitch is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at orders@salaamandstitch.com. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery time and handling are controlled by the carrier. Salaam & Stitch is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist when possible, but carrier claims may need to be filed by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@salaamandstitch.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the item.
International Shipping
At this time, Salaam & Stitch may limit shipping to available regions shown at checkout. International shipping availability may change.
